Once the claim has been received, we contact the insured to verify the most accurate information about their products. After this has been achieved, we offer to replace these items on behalf of their insurance company at no cost to either the insured or adjuster. Every item is brand new with full manufacturer warranty. After a written authorization has been received by the insured, the evaluation is completed and sent back to the adjuster. Once the adjuster has approved the replacements, orders are placed and product will ship out to the insured. We can also assist in local replacement as well.
Pricing:
If replacement is not an option, we can price out each line item for a minimal fee. Pricing varies depending on the line item count of the claim. Turn around time will vary depending on the size and complexity of the claim.
